  • 20 grams Rice flour (I used Riz Farine)
  • 20 grams Brown Sugar (powdered)
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 20 grams Unsalted butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 40 ml Water
  • 3 grams Dried yeast
  • 180 grams ● Koshi-an (sweetened azuki beans paste)
  • 20 grams ● Ground black sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch ● Salt
  • 1 ※Milk, Black sesame seeds or Black poppy seeds for garnish

  • Step 6

  • Step 7
  • I added sweet potato paste and simmered sweet chestnuts in the middle.
