  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning spice blend

  • 1 Lemon wedges
  • 1 Melted butter

  • In a small bowl combine pepper and cajun seasoning

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  • This also is great on salmon, swordfish, tilapia any firm fish!

  • Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges
