  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate (or can use whatever chocolate you have)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Blondies (aka White Brownies) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat over to 350? and grease 8x8 a square baking pan and line with a parchment
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter now and let it sit so it cools to room temp
  • Step 3
  • In a bowl whisk together the flour, salt and baking soda
  • Step 4
  • Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer beat the egg with the brown sugar until frothy
  • Step 5
  • Add in the vanilla and the melted butter and beat that
  • Step 6
  • Mix in the flour next until incorporated
  • Step 7
  • Fold in the pecans and chocolate
  • Step 8
  • Pour batter into pan and smooth the top evenly and bake for about 15-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs (NOT CLEAN) want it I be nice and moist and chewy! Let it cool completely before cutting
  • Step 9
