  • Put all ingredients except for sea salt in a shallow bowl. With a spoon smash and mix well. I like my mix to be fairly smooth but that's just my preference.
  • Step 2
  • Add sea salt to taste. A little goes a long way in this recipe.
  • Step 3
  • If you make this ahead of time and store in fridge, bring your mixture to room temperature before using.
  • Step 4
  • Once your protein is cooked remove from stove, oven or grill. Top with blue cheese mix and cover for about a minute to warm the topping.
