  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • pinch pepper corn
  • 2 piece bay leaf
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

  • Marinate fish with pineapple juice,vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, bay leaf, sugar for 2 hours(according to your liking).
