  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Herb de Provence or Italian Seasoning
  • 2 colored bell peppers
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 optional - some parsley
  • Fish
  • 1 lb Blue Marlin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • lemon pepper, pepper and saly

How to Make Blue Marlin over Mushroom and Pepper Pasta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Blue Marlin over Mushroom and Pepper Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pasta: Cook pasta until a la dente. Warm oil in pan. Add the butter and melt. Add the seasonings and peppers. Once the peppers are half done, add the mushrooms. Mix with drained pasta when done.
  • Step 2
  • Fish: Warm a grill pan with olive oil applied with a paper towel. Melt butter and vinegar together. Place fish on grill pan at medium medium high heat. Brush with half of the melted mixture and season to taste. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until done. Turn fish over and use the other half of the mixture and season. Cook 2-3 minutes or until done.
  • Step 3
  • Place cooked fish on a bed of pasta.
