  • Biscuit Topping
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Filling
  • 4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp butter

How to Make Blueberry Cobbler

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Blueberry Cobbler in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350. In a large saucepan combine berries, sugar and cinnamon. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Combine the cornstarch and water in a jar and shake until smooth; add to berries. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick. Pour into a buttered 8x8 dish. Dot with butter.
  • Step 2
  • To make topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter or 2 knives, resembling coarse crumbs. Stir in milk just until flour is incorporated. Drop by tablespoons onto hot berry mixture.
  • Step 3
  • Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
