  • Filling
  • 900 grams Bluberries (frozen is okay)
  • 100 ml White sugar
  • 50 ml Corn starch
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Crumble Topping
  • 200 ml Cake flour
  • 66 ml White sugar
  • 50 ml Brown sugar
  • 120 grams Unsalted butter, chilled

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Blueberry Crumble Pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 180℃. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl until the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Step 2
  • Prepare the crumble topping: Combine all of the ingredients except for the butter, and mix well. Finely cube the butter, add it to the mixture, and mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Layer a pie pan with the frozen pie sheet, pierce with a fork, then pour in the filling. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 1 hour in the 180℃ oven.
