  • 1 Aburaage
  • 1 tbsp ★Water
  • 1 tsp ★Sake
  • 1 tsp ★Mirin
  • 1/2 tsp ★Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ★Dashi stock granules

How to Make Boiled Komatsuna & Deep-Fried Tofu

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Boiled Komatsuna & Deep-Fried Tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash the komatsuna and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the aburaage in half and then thinly slice. Pour boiling water over the aburaage to remove the oil if you prefer.
  • Step 2
  • Transfer the komatsuna and aburaage to a heat-resistant dish. Pour over the ★ ingredients. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes at 600 W. Stir it well and it's done.
