  • 1 tsp ☆Katakuriko
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 dash each Sake, salt

    Step 1
  • De-vein and shell the shrimps. Sprinkle sake and salt on the shrimp. Separate the leaves and stems of bok choy.
