  • 250 g Minced Beef (Any meat can be used actually)
  • 1 Minced Carrot
  • 1 Minced Celery
  • 1 Minced Onion
  • 1/2 can Tomato Purée
  • 1/2 can Tomato Diced
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Red wine (Optional)
  • 2 Dried Bay leaves
  • 1-2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 25 g Butter
  • 10 g Butter (extra)

How to Make Bolognese Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Bolognese Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Melt 10 g butter in pan, add in carrot, celery and onion and sweat it.
  • Step 2
  • Add in minced meat and sauté it.
  • Step 3
  • Pour in red wine if you want.
  • Step 4
  • Add in Tomato Purée and Tomato Diced, and add bay leaves in.
  • Step 5
  • Pour in cream and 25 g butter and mix well.
  • Step 6
  • Add in oregano and seasonings and ENJOY!!
