How to Make Bone-ifried Bread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Bone-ifried Bread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Using a 3 or 4 inch bone shaped cookie cutter on a diagonal on each slice of bread; press down & cut out.
  • Step 2
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium high heat.
  • Step 3
  • Put the bread slices in the pan, then slowly pour enough of the egg into the cut out area of the bread to fill it. (I use about 1/2 of an egg for 1 slice of bread.)
  • Step 4
  • Reduce the heat to medium and cook about 2 minutes on 1 side, then flip the bread over and cook 1 to 2 minutes on the other side until the egg is set.
  • Step 5
  • Let cool slightly, then cut into small pieces if necessary.
  • Step 6
  • Serve & enjoy! I make 1 of these as a rare treat for my dog & 1 for me. It works out great! ;-)
  • Step 7

  • Step 8
