  • 6 Servings
  • 1 piece Shrimp Cube
  • 2 piece Medium size crabs-cut into four
  • 1/4 kg Shrimp
  • 1/4 kg Tahong
  • 1/4 kg Halaan
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp garlic -minced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp minced Ginger
  • 3 tbsp minced Onions
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper

How to Make Boullabaise Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Boullabaise Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sautee Garlic , onion and ginger. No oil. Cover until tender.
  • Step 2
  • Add water and Campbell Cream of mushroom. Dissolve and bring to boil.
  • Step 3
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except the milk. Bring to boil. Let boil for 5 mins.
  • Step 4
  • Turn off the stove, then pour the evaporated milk.
