  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp bourbon
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
  • 1 cooking spray

  • Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fish to bag; seal.
  • Step 2
  • Marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours.

  • bake fish until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
