  • 4 cup Bow Tie Pasta -- Dry Measure
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 15 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatos (not drained)
  • 12 oz Fresh Mushrooms
  • 2 cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese

How to Make Bow Tie Pasta Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Bow Tie Pasta Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta till Al dents, drain.
  • Step 2
  • Cook beef and fresh mushrooms in a skillet till meat is no longer pink and mushrooms are cooked down, then drain. Return mixture to skillet and add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook till heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Step 3
  • Combine pasta and meat mixture and pour into a 3 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes.
