  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter/ margarine plus 1 tbl of butter
  • 4 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cup bread flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast
  • 1 egg yolks and 1 tbl of water...egg wash
  • 3 tbsp sliced almonds

How to Make Braided Brioche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Braided Brioche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Put dough ingredients in bread machine. Set for "south's and press Start.
  • Step 2
  • When dough is ready, punch down on a lightly floured board. Cut into 3 sections and roll out to about 18 " and braid. Pinched at both ends and wield on egg wash. Cover for an hour in a warm place. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or till golden brown
