  • 1 Tbsp * mirin
  • 1/2 Tbsp * soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp * dashi (water + dashi powder is also OK)
  • dried bonito flakes for topping

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, cook green pepper until it becomes lightly brown.
