  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp butter

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons brandy

    Step 1
  • In a 2 quart saucepan, heat sugar, cream, and butter to boiling over medium high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Remove saucepan from heat.
  • Step 3
  • Add chocolate to cream mixture and whisk until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Step 4
  • Stir in vanilla and brandy.
  • Step 5
  • Pour into a jelly roll pan and refrigerate until spreadable, at least 30 minutes.
