Ingredients: Bread Pudding

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 slice day old bread

How to Make Bread Pudding

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Bread Pudding in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • Break bread into small pieces in an 8" square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter on top of bread and if desired garnish with raisins.
  • Step 3
  • In a mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk until well incorporated. Add milk and mix until combined.
  • Step 4
  • Pour mixture over bread. Distribute evenly. Take a fork and gently soak bread into mixture.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until bread springs back when lightly touched.
  • Step 6
