  • 1 packages cheese or meat ravioli
  • Eggs
  • Plain Breadcrumbs
  • Flour-way less than the breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable Oil

How to Make Breaded Ravioli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Breaded Ravioli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • I used refrigerated ravioli, so if frozen this may turn out differently.
  • Step 2
  • Blanch lightly 1-2 min in simmering water, just to soften pasta. Dry off
  • Step 3
  • Bread ravioli by dipping in egg, shaking off, and dipping in breadcrumb/flour mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Heat vegetable oil in pan until breading sizzles when dropped in.
  • Step 5
  • Fry quickly in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Don't let the ravioli fry too long or they could pop.
  • Step 6
  • Remove to cookie cooling rack over a sheet pan and loosely cover with foil until serving
  • Step 7
  • Serve with whatever sauce you choose (or none)
