  • Fish. Tilapia
  • 2 Tilapia filets per person
  • 1/2 cup SR Flour
  • 1/3 tsp smoaked paprika to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 Cooking spray

How to Make Breaded Telapia

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Breaded Telapia in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • add to the flour, garlic powder, salt, paprika and mix well
  • Step 2
  • spray non stick fry pan with cooking spray on medium low heat.
  • Step 3
  • dredge tilapia in flour mix, tap off excess. add to fry pan.
  • Step 4
  • cook until browned, turn over sprinkle that side with parsley. When other side is cooked and browned turn over onto plate and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Step 5
  • I did the bachelor thing and opened a can of peas an carrots and heated on stove.
