Ingredients: Breakfast Biscuit Casserole

  • 1 box Biscuits (I used Pillsbury Grand)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Cooked Ham or Sausage
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese (I used Cheddar)

How to Make Breakfast Biscuit Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Breakfast Biscuit Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Use a NON-GREASED or LIGHTLY GREASED baking pan, & set oven for 350°.
  • Step 2
  • Cook your meat in a skillet on your stove, add any ingredients you may like. (I used Ham & Bacon, but you can use sausage, or add vegetables).
  • Step 3
  • Whip together your eggs & milk, add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Place biscuits on baking pan. (However you desire, I placed mine on bottom first). Combine beaten eggs, meats, cheese, and any other ingredients. Pour on top over biscuits.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 20-25mins. Use a knife to test to see if it's ready (poke a hole into the biscuits, if knife comes out with dough on it, it's not ready).
  • Step 6
  • Once it's done, let it cool for about 5 minutes then serve!
