  • 1 piece hard roll
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 fresh Romain lettuce or spinach
  • 1/8 cup chedder cheese
  • 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese
  • dash salt
  • dash ground black pepper
  • dash garlic powder

How to Make Breakfast bowl

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Breakfast bowl in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 325°. Cut top off roll
  • Step 2
  • Carefully hollow out center. I used knife and cut around edge carefully not to cut side or bottom. I save the insides of roll to make bread crumbs.
  • Step 3
  • Clean lettuce pieces or spinach and layered on the bottom
  • Step 4
  • Whisk eggs together with little salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
  • Step 5
  • Put mozzarella cheese in roll
  • Step 6
  • Pour egg mixture into roll
  • Step 7
  • Put cheddar cheese on top
  • Step 8
  • Wrap foil around roll to keep roll not burning and hard. If want crunchie roll don't use foil.
  • Step 9
  • Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes till egg is cooked and cheese melted.
  • Step 10
  • Remove from oven and enjoy.
