  • 2 small Slices of Polish Rye Bread
  • 2 tbsp Guacamole Ranch Dressing
  • 1 Butter of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Marmalade
  • 4 slice Turkey Breast
  • 4 tbsp (About) Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
  • 2 slice Tomato
  • 2 slice Dill pickle chips
  • 1 as needed Olive oil cooking spray or any cooking spray (optional)

How to Make Breakfast/Brunch Mini Paninis

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Breakfast/Brunch Mini Paninis in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Take your two slices of bread and cut them in half. (This will get you four small slices)
  • Step 2
  • Spread butter evenly onto the 4 slices.
  • Step 3
  • Take your guacamole ranch dressing and apply a small amount to the slices and spread evenly.
  • Step 4
  • Take 4 slices of turkey breast and put them onto your slices so that half is on the slice and the other half is hanging off past the crust.
  • Step 5
  • Take the shredded mozzerealla cheese and sprinkle onto the turkey slice and fold the slice over so it's like a pocket.
  • Step 6
  • Cut two slices of tomato and put them on two of the slices.
  • Step 7
  • Take two dill pickle chips and put them on the other two slices that do not have the tomatoes.
  • Step 8
  • Sprinkle a small amount of cheese on all the slices and bring together a slice with a pickle and one with a tomato. (You will have one tomato and one pickle)
  • Step 9
  • Melt marmalade over a panini pan and coat the outside of your sandwiches with butter or cooking spray(optional)
  • Step 10
  • Fry your panini's until a light brown color is achieved and the bread is lightly crispy.
  • Step 11
  • Stick 4 toothpicks in (optional) and serve.
