  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • fresh spinach (optional)
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/4 onion, chopped (optional)

How to Make Breakfast Casserole

    Step 1
  • Cook sausage
  • Step 2
  • Tear bread and cover the bottom of the dish/tray.
  • Step 3
  • Cover bread with shredded cheese. Add cooked sausage over top of cheese.

  • (Optional) Sauté onions, mushrooms and spinach. Add to the dish.
  • Step 5
  • Mix eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk
