  • 1 baguette
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 cup half n half
  • 1 butter or cooking spray
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 dash Hot sauce
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked red potatoes (sliced)
  • 2 cup cheddar Monterey mix

    Step 1
  • Cube bread and put in bottom of greased pan
  • Step 2
  • Brown and drain sausage
  • Step 3
  • mix hot sauce, half n half, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and eggs
  • Step 4
  • layer sausage over bread
  • Step 5
  • pour mix over top of sausage and bread
  • Step 6
  • cover with sliced potatoes and then cheese
  • Step 7
  • cover and refrigerate over night
  • Step 8
  • bake @ 350 for about 30 min or center is firm
