  • 12 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1 packages diced or shredded frozen potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheese

How to Make Breakfast Casserole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Breakfast Casserole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sauté onion and sausage/diced bacon in a pan with oil for 10 minutes on medium heat
  • Step 2
  • While onions are sautéing whisk salt, pepper, milk and eggs in a large bowl until well incorporated.
  • Step 3
  • Coat a 9x13 baking or casserole dish spray or coat with oil or cooking spray. Add potatoes to bottom of pan.
  • Step 4
  • Add 1/2 of cheese on top of potatoes, followed by meat and onion mixture.
  • Step 5
  • Next pour in eggs and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes on 375°F.
