  • 1 lb Maple Sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

    Step 1
  • Scramble eggs

  • Cube cream cheese and add to eggs.
  • Step 3
  • In a gallon size zip lock bag, roll sausage flat and even until it takes the shape of the bag. Cut the sides open, a pull back. Place the scrambled eggs and cream cheese on the sausage, and add the cheddar cheese.
  • Step 4
  • On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon and and form a basket weave 'blanket' (it's easier than you think)

  • Using the zip lock bag, roll the sausage into a log, and place on bacon.
  • Step 6
  • Using the paper, roll bacon around the stuffed sausage log.
  • Step 7
  • Place Fatty on the grill, with indirect heat at 275º for 2 hours, or internal temp is 160º.
  • Step 8
  • Then place Fatty over heat to crisp bacon to your liking.
  • Step 9
  • Slice and enjoy!
