  • 4 oz Sausage
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion
  • 3 small Sweet Peppers
  • 1 medium Red Potato
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 small Egg

How to Make Breakfast Hash

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Breakfast Hash in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • My ingredients are organic, pasture raised and drug free :)
  • Step 2
  • Get everything chopped up and ready.
  • Step 3
  • warm up sausage until juice starts to flow, then add onion and peppers... toss and mix together.
  • Step 4
  • Once all is warmed through, add potatoes on top.
  • Step 5
  • Add water here and cover for 5 min. This will allow the potatoes to steam cook a little faster.
  • Step 6
  • Then toss, mix through, cover and cook another 5 min.
  • Step 7
  • When all is cooked to desired crispiness, add egg on top, turn of stove, cover and let egg cook with remaining heat.
  • Step 8
  • Cook egg until yolk is still runny, cut egg and mix in. Serve while hot!
