  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese

    Step 1
  • put sausage and bacon in pan cook render the fat well on the bacon
  • Step 2
  • remove meat leaving fat and drippings
  • Step 3
  • add onions and potatoes spices and minced garlic

  • cover cook till fork tender stirring occasionally so not to stick
