Ingredients: Breakfast Pizzas

  • 4 english muffins split and toasted and lightly buttered
  • 7 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 8 slice crispy cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mixed cheeses I used a mix of parmesan, romano,pepperjack and cheddar but any cheese you like will work

How to Make Breakfast Pizzas

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Breakfast Pizzas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 450 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spray with non stick spray
  • Step 2
  • Combine eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk to combine well
  • Step 3
  • In a large skillet heat either a bit of butter or oil to prevent egg from sticking, add eggs and cook on low heat until just set.
  • Step 4
  • Have english muffins cut side up on prepared baking sheet. Divide eggs evenly on top of muffin halfs, top with cheese than divide bacon evenly on top cheese
  • Step 5
  • Bake about 5 minutes just until cheese melts.
  • Step 6
  • You can use any topping you like in addition to or instead of bacon such as ham or cooked sausage or any sauteed vegs.
