Ingredients: Breakfast Quiche

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 5 slice bacon, cut up
  • 1 box white mushroom, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 Fresh parsley
  • 1 pie crust 9-inch, homemade or store bought

How to Make Breakfast Quiche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Breakfast Quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Set aside. 
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter in the same skillet. Add onions and cook for a few minutes, then add mushrooms and cook until soft. Salt mixture to taste. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 3
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs with cream. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Add mushroom mixture into egg/cream mixture. Stir together. Add bacon and stir. Add parsley, mix.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 35 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Remove from oven and allow to set for ten minutes before serving.
