  • 2 9-inch pie crust
  • 12 oz mozzarella &cheddar
  • 5 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped
  • 8 oz chopped cooked ham (or bacon)
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp snipped fresh parsley

How to Make Breakfast Quiche

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Breakfast Quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Toss cheeses together in large bowl then sprinkle 1/4 of cheese mixture in each of the two pie crust.
  • Step 2
  • Cook mushrooms, red pepper & onions together with butter until onions and pepper are tender.
  • Step 3
  • Arrange vegetables over cheese, arrange ham over vegetables, sprinkle remaining cheese over ham.
  • Step 4
  • Whisk eggs, flour, parsley, and milk together and pour over layers in pie crust. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees-until mixture is set. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving
