  • 1 eggs
  • 1 cheddar cheese
  • 1 salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • butter pan and put in sausage on medium heat
  • Step 2
  • brown sausage on both sides. approximately 4 mins on each side
  • Step 3
  • when halfway done with sausage start egg. first butter another pan
  • Step 4
  • Crack egg into pan and do not flip it until it starts becoming opaque.
  • Step 5
  • flip to other side. and add salt and pepper to taste. cook until the yolk is no longer runny
  • Step 6
  • toast bagel
  • Step 7
  • put egg and sausage on the bagel with the cheese in the middle so it will melt
  • Step 8
  • nom!
