  • 6 each eggs
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 2 cup leftover fried taters
  • 1 packages crescent rolls

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • place sausage in skillet and press down until over bottom of skillet {note dont use a stainless still or nonskillet wanna use a cast iron or basic skillet that is naturally nonstick if ya will see in pic}
  • Step 3
  • beat eggs very well and add pepper for taste
  • Step 4
  • pour eggs over sausage mixture
  • Step 5
  • now add taters to eggs spreading over mixture wont see much tater as egg covers it
  • Step 6
  • now add cheese and spread over mixture evenly
  • Step 7
  • open crecent rolls trying to go around in circle and covering the mixture up
  • Step 8
  • bake for about 25 minutes on 350°F
