  • for the eggs
  • 2 flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 pad of butter
  • 2/3 cup taco meat
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice (i used a shredded Mexican blend)
  • 4 extra large eggs and a splash milk
  • sour cream sauce
  • 3 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup mild taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 dash milk

How to Make Breakfast taco eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Breakfast taco eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat butter over med. Low heat
  • Step 2
  • Slice tortillas into small.1/2in. Strips
  • Step 3
  • Add eggs and a splash of milk into bowl and beat until smooth and small air bubbles form
  • Step 4
  • Add strips to hot butter and let crisp slightly
  • Step 5
  • Add taco meat stirring together the meat and tortilla strips
  • Step 6
  • Cook for about a minute
  • Step 7
  • Add eggs to meat and strips let cook on one side fit a couple minutes or until u get a few bubbles on top of uncooked side
  • Step 8
  • Flip eggs trying to keep them intact..it doesn't have to be perfect your not flipping them to make omelet..but you want them solid
  • Step 9
  • Add cheese..Let melt ..and fold in slightly to cooked eggs
  • Step 10
  • For the sour cream sauce..Add milk sour cream and sauces together mix well
  • Step 11
  • Put eggs on plate and diced tomatoes, lettuce and cream sauce..enjoy! PROTEIN PACKED and pretty healthy I used ground turkey for my taco meat..and usually just use a ratio of three egg whites and one full egg
