  • 1 Splash of milk
  • 1/2 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 small brown onion, finely diced

  • 1 Some chopped parsley
  • 1 Sea salt flakes & cracked black pepper to taste

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 180*C.
  • Step 2
  • Fry bacon and onion until onion is soft and throw in a bowl with tomato, parsley and cheese. Mix and set aside. !
  • Step 3
  • Grab a single serve ceramican, crack a couple of eggs, splash of milk and some seasoning.
  • Step 4
  • Whisk with a fork until milk and eggs are one.
  • Step 5
  • Sprinkle over your bacon mix and bake for around 8 to 10 minutes until eggs have risen and golden brown on top. You can use a a skewer to test if you need to, stab eggs and if it comes out clean- you are ready to mung down.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with some pork snags and toast. Very easy, yum! Enjoy
