  • 12 large hard cooked eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp cayenne
  • 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste Ground Black pepper
  • 2 eggs lightly whipped
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Crumbled, cooked bacon or other garnish (optional)

How to Make Brenda's Fried Deviled Eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Brenda's Fried Deviled Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel and slice eggs from top to bottom in half. Remove yolk and place whites to the side. Mash yolks, add the mayo, mustard, paprika, cayenne and curry powder and blend well till smooth. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Place filling into pastry bag using a small hole tip.
  • Step 2
  • First dip cooked egg whites in the corn starch and shake off any excess, then coat in whipped eggs. Next roll it in the panko bread crumbs, coating it well.
  • Step 3
  • Fry until the panko is golden brown. Place the cooked egg whites on a plate and fill with yolk filling. Garnish with crumbled, cooked bacon, or other garnish if desired.
