  • 16 oz Pkg. Fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup Reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 dash of ground red pepper or cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

How to Make Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange florets in steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
  • Step 2
  • Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish. Arrange florets in baking dish.
  • Step 3
  • Stir together mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, mustard and red pepper. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and paprika.
  • Step 4
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
