  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves,chopped fine
  • 1 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
