  • 2 packages chicken flavor ramen noodles (3oz)
  • 1 packages Ramen seasoning
  • 1 bunch Green onions chopped
  • 1 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seed kernels
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (trust me)
  • 1 pinch Cilantro dried

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Broccoli slaw with ramen salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine slaw mix and green onions.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar, sauces, dried cilantro and ramen seasoning packet. Then pour over salad and toss evenly to coat.

  • Mix together almonds & sunflower seeds; also add to slaw and dressing
  • Step 4
  • Refrigerate until chilled
  • Step 5
  • Crush ramen to add on top before serving. (I recommend crushing ramen in big ziplock bag with rolling pen, and storing separately to add each time prior to eating if more than once, so they stay crunchy!)
