  • 110 g Milk chocolate
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 120 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 dash vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped walnuts

How to Make Brownies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Brownies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the chocolate into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Dissolve the chocolate in double boiler.
  • Step 2
  • When the chocolate has completed melted, add the maple syrup and vegetable oil. Mix then add the vanilla essence, chopped walnuts and salt to mix in.
  • Step 3
  • Add the milk warmed to body temperature by microwave. Finally add the flour and baking powder. Mix all together.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tray, spread the oil lightly in advance. Flatten the surface with a spatula. Bake in the oven preheated to 180℃/350°F for about 20 minutes. Poke a skewer through it, and if nothing sticks to the skewer, it's done.
  • Step 5
  • Let it cool down completely, and cut up as you like.
