Ingredients: Bruschetta

  • 1 can 28oz. Diced tomatoes. I used Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
  • 1 Olive oil (to taste)
  • 1 Balsamic vinegar (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 can 4.5oz. Chopped Black Olives
  • 1 packages Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Italian Seasoning (to taste)

How to Make Bruschetta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Bruschetta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice bread and toast both sides.
  • Step 2
  • Pre heat oven to 350.
  • Step 3
  • Mix together, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic, onion powder, olives.
  • Step 4
  • Place toasted bread on a cookie sheet.
  • Step 5
  • Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toast and top with cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle on seasoning and bake until cheese is melted.
  • Step 7
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
