Ingredients: Bruschetta

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped or crushed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 6 tomatoes, ripe and diced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion
  • salt & pepper
  • 250 grams Danish feta
  • 1 Balsamic Glaze
  • olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Bruschetta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Bruschetta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 180°F.
  • Step 2
  • Cut and dice the tomatoes and place into bowl. Include seeds and juice.
  • Step 3
  • Cut and finely dice red onion and combine with tomatoes.
  • Step 4
  • Chop basil thinly and combine with onion and tomatoes in bowl.
  • Step 5
  • Add garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 6
  • Slice bread and coat one side with olive oil. Place in oven until golden
  • Step 7
  • Spoon tomatoe mixture onto bread.
  • Step 8
  • Crumble feta over tomato and bread.
  • Step 9
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over top and decoratively on plate.
  • Step 10
  • Serve immediately.
