Ingredients: Bruschetta

  • 1 loaf sour dough bread stick
  • 200 grams grams Sliced Pancetta
  • 12 unit Quail eggs
  • 1 box Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Goats cheese
  • 1 unit Balsamic glaze
  • 1 bunch Your favourite micro herbs
  • 20 ml Ertra virgin olive oil

How to Make Bruschetta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Bruschetta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice Bread stick on angle so that the size can be easily hand held.
  • Step 2
  • In a non stick pan on a low heat fry 3 of the Quail eggs for 1 serve to your liking
  • Step 3
  • whille eggs are slowly cooking, toast bread and quarter cherry tomatoes
  • Step 4
  • When bread is slightly golden wrap each piece a slice of panetta.
  • Step 5
  • place cherry tomatoes on bread as well as some goats cheese
  • Step 6
  • Decorate plate with balsamic glaze and place your Bruschettas on the plate
  • Step 7
  • add your eggs, Extra virgin olive oil and mocroherbs, if you like place a little more goats cheese around the plate
