Ingredients: Bruschetta

  • Topping
  • 10 Cherrytomatoes chooped
  • 1/4 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oliveoil
  • 1 Salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste
  • 75 grams Mozzarella chopped
  • Bread
  • 6 slice Ciabatta bread
  • 6 tbsp Oliveoil

How to Make Bruschetta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Bruschetta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 200°C top-heat.
  • Step 2
  • Sprinkle the breadslices with the oliveoil on both sides and put on a backing sheet covered with some non-stick paper. Put the bread into the oven for about 2 minutes on each side or untill its golden brown and crispy.
  • Step 3
  • Mix all the ingredience for the topping in a small bowl and season it with salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Take the bread out of the oven and put the topping on top. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
