  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Hot sausage, removed from casing
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 33/100 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

How to Make Bucci's Meatballs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Bucci's Meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 450°F
  • Step 2
  • in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil. mix, knead, and squeeze until very well blended
  • Step 3
  • wet hands in water. roll the mixture into 1 1/2" meat balls
  • Step 4
  • oil a shallow roasting pan and brown the balls in the oven, about 20 minutes
