Ingredients: Buffalo Cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • Medium sized head cauliflower or bag of frozen cauliflower

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Buffalo Cauliflower in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 450. Spray medium sized pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat cauliflower.
  • Step 3
  • Put cauliflower in pan and put in oven for 15 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • In separate bowl, mix together buffalo sauce and melted butter. When cauliflower is removed from oven; coat. Place back in oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
  • Step 5
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 6
