  • 1 small cauliflower head
  • Batter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

How to Make Buffalo Cauli"Wings"

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Buffalo Cauli"Wings" in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Thoroughly rinse cauliflower and cut into florets that will resemble wingettes. I like to leave a long stem to act as a handle.
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl mix flour with dry seasonings and then mix in water.
  • Step 3
  • Dip each florets in the batter to cover, shake off the excess batter and place the "wings" on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
  • Step 4
  • Bake the "wings" in a 425°F oven for 25 minutes. Batter will crisp a bit.
  • Step 5
  • Mix hot sauce with melted butter. Brush or spoon the mixture over each "wing" and continue to bake them for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Step 6
