  • 1 each Rotessirie Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce or Buffalo chicken sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • Breading
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 3 each eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

  • Debone chicken and discard skin.

  • Finely chop chicken checking for and removing small bones.
